Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. You will receive an email when your package is en route to you!
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
Returns
Merchandise for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.
Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
Sale Merchandise, as well as handbags, scarves, hats, socks, masks and undergarments, are final sale.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise by emailing leylie@leylie.com. We will issue you an Return Authorization number.
Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.

Merchandise will only be eligible for return or exchange if received within 14 days of purchase.

International Policy
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
