Merchandise for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.
Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
Sale Merchandise as well as handbags and scarves are final sale.
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise by emailing email@example.com.
If the return/exchange request meets our return criteria, you will be issued a “Return Authorization” (RA) number via email.
Packages without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Merchandise will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if received within 14 days of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
All import duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer''s responsibility.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all shipping costs and any import duties assessed will be deducted from refund amount.
All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery.
