Shipping

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. You will receive an email when your package is en route to you!
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

 

Returns

Merchandise will only be eligible for return or exchange if received within 30 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.

Shoes must remain in their original packaging.

Sale Merchandise, as well as handbags, scarves, hats, socks, masks, and undergarments, are final sale.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise by emailing leylie@leylie.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization number.

Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Leylie is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Leylie reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

*Our brick and mortar Leylie store return policy differs from our Leylie.com online store return policy. Items purchased online are eligible for a refund whereas items purchased in-store are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

 

International Policy

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Leylie
